1. How do I order a custom product from your website?
The first thing that you need to decide is what product would you like. Then click on the "CLICK HERE TO ORDER" link and follow the directions on the page until you get to check out.
2. What if I have a special request for the product that I have having handcrafted?
This is no problem, just complete the order on the website and add any special requests into the "additional information" area. If you would rather speak with someone then you can call and leave a message and we will gladly return your call.
3. Do you accept credit cards?
Yes we do. We have tried to make it as easy as possible for customers to pay with any type of payment including checks, money order or even credit cards (Visa, Master card, American express and Discover)
4. Are your custom bears children safe?
Our sewing is of professional quality however we can not guarantee that after a substantial period of time and wear and tear that a button or piece small material may come off of the bear.
5. How long will it take to make and ship my product?
The lead time on our products from the time that we receive your loved ones garments are about 2 to 3 weeks depending on the season. During the Christmas season we need 3 to 4 weeks turn around. Some of the "out fit" bears may not take as long to complete.
6. Who do you use to ship my product?
We ship our products via United States Postal service Priority mail. Shipping generally takes 3-5 days in the lower 48 states depending on where you live.
7. What if I have a special request and need it very quickly?
We will try to accommodate any request by our customers. All you have to do is ask and we will tell you if we can do it within your time frame.
8. Who will be creating my bear?
Tammy will be fabricating your bear for you as she is blessed with a terrific gift of creativeness. She has many different types of fabrics that can accent your loved ones garments. I will be taking care of the shipping and getting your bear on its way home to you as quickly as possible.
9. What kind of clothes can I send?
You can send any kind of clothing such as pants, tee shirts, dresses, pajamas or even just fabrics you want included into your bear or quilt. When Tammy receives the garments and reads over your order form and requests, she will contact you if she has any questions.
10. Do I need to wash or iron the garments that I am sending to you?
There is no need to wash the garments unless they smell of smoke. If we receive a package that smells of smoke then we will wash them. Otherwise you may be sending a piece of clothing that still smells of your loved ones cologne or perfume which makes the bear all the more special. Please do Iron the garments to make it easier to sew. If they need ironed again after being shipped we will take care of that.
11. How many clothes or how much fabric should I send to have a bear or quilt made.
If you are ordering an "outfit" bear then you would only need 2 pieces of clothing....something that would contrast each other nicely. If you are ordering a Memory Bear or Patchwork Bear then you should send atleast 3 -4 articles of clothing to give our seamstress some choices when fabricating the bear. If you are ordering a quilt then it would be a good idea to send 7-8 or more articles of clothing. If you are not sure then you can always email any questions or call us.
12. Will you post photograph's of my bear or quilt on your website?
Not if you do not want us to. We do like to display the different styles of bear's and quilt's that we make to show how diverse we can be, however if you do not want your product displayed on our site then we would not do that. We will ask you if we can display a picture of your product before doing so.
